Alphacam 2015 R2 to be Exhibited at AWFS 2015

The Alphacam computer-aided-manufacturing (CAM) solution for wood, stone and metal, by Vero Software, will be exhibited July 22-25 at the AWFS Fair 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Hosted at the Las Vegas Convention Center, AWFS Fair 2015 is billed as the woodworking industry’s “innovation marketplace,” a resource for woodworking professionals in search of cutting-edge technologies that empower them in increasing efficiency and product quality.

AWFS attendees are encouraged to learn more about Alphacam and its latest release, Alphacam 2015 R2, at booth No. 4413, where demonstrations of its efficiency-boosting capabilities will be available.

Alphacam 2015 R2 is a substantial release introducing many new features that continue to improve customer productivity. One significant development is the move to 64-bit support, which will unlock the full potential of the PC by maximizing memory use, irrespective of part size.

User efficiency continues to be a focus for product development with improvements to advanced 5-axis machining cycles, nesting functionality, and parent / child relationship support for multiple part management, with full associativity between the part master and its copy.

Major graphic enhancements include improved part rendering and a new customizable radial menu wheel providing instant access to the most commonly used commands.
